Santa's visit was very popular this year! A lot of good boys and girls showed up on Saturday, December 13th at the Marina Hills Clubhouse to enjoy "Breakfast with Santa"! A special "Thank You" to Villa Park Landscape for donating funds for the event this year, and to Steve Christian for being our "Santa". The kids had lots of fun doing crafts and getting balloons made from the balloon artist. Thank you to all of our volunteer elfs - Lily and Alyssa Luciano, Taylor Crum, Megan Taylor, Lauren and Kaylyn Pierce & Nicole Dutton. Any toys that were donated will be given to our local fire department for their "Toys for Tots" program. Thank you to all of our residents who came down with their kids to enjoy this event! You made it very special!

Tennis courts #1-3 are cleaned by Aqua Pure on Mondays between 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. and courts #4-6 are cleaned on Wednesdays between 11:00 A.M.—2:00 P.M. As a courtesy to all tennis players, if there are players on a court when Aqua Pure arrives to clean the courts, they will start on whatever courts that are due to be cleaned that day that are unoccupied. If all the courts are occupied, the patrol officer will have to ask players to move to a different court and Aqua Pure will clean the courts in numerical order. Aqua Pure is instructed to clean the courts in numerical order, so if court #1 is occupied but courts #2 & #3 aren’t, they will start cleaning court #2, then court #3 and then go back and clean court #1. If possible, Aqua Pure will try to inform the players that they will be washing the courts within the hour so that players have time to finish or move with minimal interruption to their match. We appreciate your cooperation!

Item #2 of the sign rules that can be found on page 5 in the Rules/Regulations was revised and adopted by the Board of Directors at the August 13, 2008. The change that was made to the sign rules is stated below in BOLD. These revised sign rules will go into effect in thirty days, or on 9/30/08. Please read the revised sign rules carefully and keep in mind that if any signs are found installed on the corner of Marina Hills Drive and Parc Vista West in front of the main water fountain, they will be removed and placed inside the clubhouse. Thank you for your cooperation!!! “Open House signs are allowed on weekends only from Saturday morning through Sunday at sunset. Any signs remaining after this time are subject to removal. Open House directional signs are allowed at each corner and one directly in front of the home. However, placement must be in such a manner as not to block visibility of any other real estate agent’s signs. Real estate signs may be displayed on Thursdays, preview day, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The agents are to remove the signs promptly at 1:30 p.m.; if not removed, they are subject to confiscation. Preview day real estate signs are limited to realtors who have Marina Hills’ homes for sale only and cannot be used to direct traffic to another community. NO SIGNS ARE ALLOWED TO BE PLACED IN FRONT OF THE MAIN WATER FOUNTAIN IN FRONT OF THE CLUBHOUSE LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF MARINA HILLS DRIVE AND PARC VISTA WEST.

Paint Palettes

The paint palettes are on display at the office in the clubhouse. Please call the number 949-495-3150 to make sure the office is open before heading to the clubhouse to view them. The gate attendant can always let you in if the office is closed . For your convenience, we have also posted the pre-approved color palette on the Architectural page.
