Pool Closure Postponed

View Pre-Approved Color Schemes Online

You can now view the Marina Hills’ pre-approved color schemes via the internet by visiting the Dunn Edwards’ website at www.dunnedwards.com.  Below are the steps to help you navigate their website to view the pre-approved color schemes.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Valerie Vu at 949-838-3246.

1)      Log onto the website www.dunnedwards.com.

2)      Click on the “Homeowners” tab at the bottom of the right hand column. 

3)      Click on “Color Archive” under “Resources” on the far left column of the page.

4)      The color “Color Archive” page will pull up and will prompt you to enter the city, state and zip code.  Input Laguna Niguel, Ca.  92677 and select Marina Hills as the Association and where it says select a sub-association, use the drop down arrow and select Marina Hills. Wait for the color schemes to appear.

5)      Click “Download” under the pre-approved color scheme you want to view for a large view of the colors.

Tennis Court Cleaning Hours

Tennis courts #1-3 are cleaned by Aqua Pure on Mondays between 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. and courts #4-6 are cleaned on Wednesdays between 11:00 A.M.—2:00 P.M.  As a courtesy to all tennis players, if there are players on a court when Aqua Pure arrives to clean the courts, they will start on whatever courts that are due to be cleaned that day that are unoccupied.  If all the courts are occupied, the patrol officer will have to ask players to move to a different court and Aqua Pure will clean the courts in numerical order.  Aqua Pure is instructed to clean the courts in numerical order, so if court #1 is occupied but courts #2 & #3 aren’t, they will start cleaning court #2, then court #3 and then go back and clean court #1.   If possible, Aqua Pure will try to inform the  players that they will be washing the courts within the hour so that players have time to finish or move with minimal interruption to their match.  We appreciate your cooperation!
